Shipping, cancellations & refunds

• Your calendar is printed by our print partner, usually within 2 to 4 business days of your order.
• Delivery in the US usually takes 3 to 7 business days after printing. Other countries can take longer.
• We email you a tracking link as soon as it ships. You can also find it in the Orders tab.
• The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. One charge covers every copy in the same order.
• We currently ship to: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Netherlands.

You can cancel an order for a full refund until it starts printing. Open the Orders tab, find the order and tap Cancel order. If the button says it’s already being printed, it can no longer be stopped.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show it.

If your calendar arrives damaged, is misprinted, or never arrives, email us at support@mycalirl.com within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date). Include your order number and, if you can, a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Because each calendar is personalized, we can’t take returns for a change of mind, or reprint for free when the dates, names, spelling or photos were printed exactly as they appeared in your preview. Please check the preview carefully before you order.

• The yearly plan sends you a new calendar every year and charges you each year until you cancel.
• We email you before each yearly charge.
• Cancel anytime in the Orders tab. Your plan stops renewing, and you won’t be charged again. A calendar that has already been printed for the current year can’t be refunded.
• Cancelling the first order of a new yearly plan before it prints refunds it and ends the plan.
