Terms of service

MyCal IRL helps you gather the dates that matter from your phone, design a calendar, and have it printed and mailed to you. Calendars are printed and shipped by our print partner.

• You choose what goes on your calendar. Please check every date, name, spelling and photo in the preview before you order. We print what the preview shows.
• Holidays are added for you. Some move each year, and we work out their dates as carefully as we can.
• The printed colors may look a little different from your screen.

• Only add photos and text you have the right to use. You keep ownership of them; you give us permission to store them and send them to our print partner to make your calendar.
• Don’t add anything illegal, hateful or that you don’t have permission to share. We may decline to print it.

• Prices, shipping and the total are shown at checkout before you pay, in US dollars.
• Payments are handled by Stripe.
• We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if it can’t be printed), and refund you in full if we do.
• Prices can change, but never for an order you’ve already placed.

If you choose the yearly plan, you agree to be charged the price shown at checkout today and again each year on the same date, until you cancel. Cancel anytime in the Orders tab; it stops the next renewal. See Shipping, cancellations & refunds for the details.

You can cancel before printing starts for a full refund. If your calendar arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ll replace it or refund you. The full policy is on the Shipping, cancellations & refunds page.

Keep your password private. You’re responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it anytime in the app.

We work hard to get every calendar right, but the app is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for missed events or indirect losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law.

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top, and the new terms apply to orders placed after that. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
